I’ve always been drawn to real estate, not just because I grew up around it, but because I love the challenge of uncovering value where others don’t. With a background in engineering and commerce, I naturally gravitated toward the numbers, understanding what drives a market, where the risks lie and how to structure a deal that works in the real world. What really clicked for me was helping friends and family buy their first properties. It wasn’t just about spreadsheets and timing. It was about giving people the confidence to make smart, long-term decisions. Now I bring that same mindset to our clients, making sure each purchase fits into a bigger picture and that every decision is backed by clear strategy and reasoning.

I've always enjoyed the structure and logic of problem-solving, but what I really thrive on is working with people. Property can feel overwhelming and most buyers don't need jargon or bold predictions. They just need someone who listens, explains things simply and helps them feel confident in their decisions along the way. With an engineering background, I bring a clear and methodical approach to investing, but my focus stays on the person I'm working with. I make sure they feel informed and supported, never rushed or left in the dark. At the end of the day, property is personal. My role is to keep the journey calm and clear, something that feels achievable, whether it's the home you'll live in or your fifth investment property.
